To access these rebates, you will need a valid MHCP, a referral letter from your GP. Please note that there will be a gap fee between the Medicare rebate and the private psychology session fee. To access these rebates, you will need a valid MHCP and a referral letter from your GP.

If you hold private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim rebates for psychological services. Coverage varies between insurers, so I recommend contacting your provider to confirm your benefits and rebate amounts.
